Separate the casting blank from the finished CNC-machined component when preparing a stainless or carbon-steel parts enquiry. This distinction makes material condition, machining allowances and final interface requirements clear before a production route is agreed.
Define the steel and casting blank first
Choose the actual stainless or carbon-steel grade and applicable material standard. Provide cast sections, required condition and any restrictions on the proposed blank-making method. Several casting terms may be considered during review, but their presence does not establish that each route suits both steel families or the selected geometry.
- Reference the steel component and blank drawings.
- Specify grade, condition and material documentation.
- Allocate stock at surfaces requiring CNC finishing.
- Link machined interfaces to functional datums.
- Define final steel-part inspection and delivery scope.
Control the transition into CNC machining
Identify bores, faces or other contacts requiring machining and show how they relate to the casting references. State tolerances with units and the condition in which the finished dimensions are measured. Include any assembly clearances, mating-component details and quantities needed to assess the requested operations.
Accept the component after the selected treatment
Choose heat treatment and surface finishing for the actual steel and intended environment. Specify required dimensional, material or other inspection records, including methods and coverage rather than assuming every test is performed on every part. PDF or CAD drawings and IGES or STEP models provide the design inputs for this review.
A precision-casting label does not supply a universal accuracy or independently verify a current certificate. Evaluate the OEM proposal as a defined steel blank, a defined machining scope and a measurable finished component.

Our custom CNC machined stainless and carbon steel parts precision casting service offers reliable solutions for OEM industries seeking high-quality metal components. We manufacture a wide variety of parts using advanced processes including die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting, ensuring accurate dimensions and excellent structural integrity.

We support multiple materials such as aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious metals, which are processed to meet international standards like ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, and AS. For enhanced properties, we provide heat treatment options such as quenching and tempering or solution and aging treatments to achieve your performance requirements.

Our factory is equipped with a full range of surface treatment capabilities including powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting, delivering strong protection and appealing finishes for every part. Rigorous inspections using metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, 100 percent visual and gauge, and CMM ensure the highest quality standards.

We serve sectors such as automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical device, and robotics. OEM and ODM orders are fully welcome, and we accept drawings in 2D (PDF or CAD) and 3D (IGES or STEP). Our manufacturing processes are certified by ISO9001 2015 and IATF16949, giving you peace of mind for every order.
