Specify one connector configuration at a time from the pictured group. The examples include an elongated slotted blue link, several blue two-opening links and a gold-colored open connector. Their grouping does not establish a supplied set, a common steel grade or a shared chain-size and load rating.
Separate the requested connector geometries
Assign a drawing and revision to each required link. Identify its mating-chain geometry, contact regions, openings and retention arrangement. Distinguish open connectors from closed or assembled joint forms and state any pins, locking pieces or other hardware included in the delivery.
Define forging and CNC work by component
Select the actual steel grade and required condition for each configuration. Mark machined surfaces separately from the forging geometry, with dimensions and edge requirements at working interfaces. Select the compatible treatment and masking requirements without assuming that every color represents the same finish or material.
Build an inspection scope for each link
Supply real service conditions and applicable dimensional, strength or functional acceptance requirements. Mining-chain compatibility, working load and fatigue performance require suitable component and assembly evidence. None can be assigned to all five examples from their appearance.
- Choose each required connector form and quantity.
- Reference its drawing and adjoining chain geometry.
- Specify steel grade and required condition individually.
- Mark forging, CNC work and treatment boundaries.
- Agree joint checks and application evidence per design.
Keep the quotation schedule aligned with those individual definitions. List required material and inspection records for each component so an assortment photograph cannot be mistaken for a complete tested chain assembly or an interchangeable replacement kit.
