Define each circular plate from its actual drawing before selecting aluminum or zinc alloy. The grouped views show peripheral fixing holes, stepped central bores and raised hub regions with different visible details. They do not establish measured size differences, standard connection patterns or a matched supplied set.

Reference the center bore to the fixing pattern

Provide the actual assembly interface and locate the bore, hub steps and peripheral holes from common datums. Define plate thickness, seating faces and any contacts requiring machining. Photographic proportions should not be used to assign a standard flange size or determine an interchangeable fit.

Choose the alloy and casting requirements

Specify material grade, delivery condition and quantities by component revision. Review die casting and any secondary machining for the selected sections and alloy, including stock allowances at fitted surfaces. Heat treatment and finishing need to suit that material rather than a general assumption that every method applies.

Accept the machined plate in final condition

Include PDF or CAD dimensions and IGES or STEP geometry, with tolerance units and measurement conditions at working interfaces. State the applicable material or dimensional standard and inspection coverage for the actual part. A general standards or certificate reference does not independently prove universal precision or current qualification.

Compare OEM or ODM proposals through the same center-to-fixing geometry, chosen alloy and measurable finished plate requirements.
