Select the mounting component and material independently when preparing a casting-and-machining enquiry. The examples include slotted rectangular plates with posts, a fork-ended upright, a round base with twin tabs and another base carrying a threaded rod. They do not establish one kit or common alloy.

Locate the upright relative to the base

Provide the actual component and mating drawings with post axes, fixing slots, base faces and any required threads. Identify which relationships control installation and whether supplied hardware or assembly work is included. The photographed forms do not define standard clearances, mounting loads or dimensions for a particular machine.

Specify one metal and a feasible blank plan

Choose actual carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass or copper grade and condition for each design. Evaluate the casting route, machining allowances and compatible treatments against that selected material. A broad metal and process range is not proof that every operation suits every piece.

  • Identify the slotted plate, forked post or base drawing.
  • Select actual metal standard and delivery condition.
  • Dimension post-to-base and fixing-slot relationships.
  • Define casting stock, machining and selected finish.
  • Agree final interface tolerances and inspection records.

Inspect mounting contacts after treatment

Include quantities, PDF or CAD dimensions and IGES or STEP geometry. Mark tolerance units and final measurement conditions at slots, threads and contact faces. Any operating load or equipment qualification needs the actual service brief and relevant evidence; certification also requires current applicable scope.

Compare the proposals against the same material-defined mounting component and controlled relationship between its upright and base.

Experience high-quality custom precision casting and machining services for a wide range of metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, hardened metals and precious metals. Our advanced manufacturing capabilities enable us to deliver highly precise components tailored to your specifications.

We offer multiple casting processes such as die casting, sand casting, investment casting and lost foam casting to meet diverse industrial needs. Every part undergoes stringent heat treatment options like quenching, tempering, solution and aging, ensuring superior strength and durability.

Our surface treatment solutions include powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving and sandblasting that enhance appearance and resistance to wear and corrosion. Our comprehensive inspection methods such as metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, 100 percent visual and gauge checks, and CMM guarantee consistent quality.

We accept OEM and ODM orders and work with engineering drawings in 2D formats like PDF or CAD and 3D models such as IGES or STEP. Our services are ideal for industries including automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical devices and robotics, and comply with international standards like ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, and NF. All production is certified under ISO9001 2015 and IATF16949.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
