Identify the finished casting separately from a grouped production form. The examples show black rectangular finned pieces and small ribbed or bored components connected to tree-like runners. Their appearance does not define the supplied quantity, actual alloy or thermal performance of an individual part.

Separate component geometry from runner material

Provide a controlled drawing for each requested item and identify where trimming or other secondary work is required. Define the delivered condition, including any permitted residual features and machined contacts. A connected group in a photograph does not establish a particular tooling design or mean the complete runner assembly is included.

  • Identify each finned, ribbed or bored component drawing.
  • Specify actual stainless, aluminum, brass or bronze grade.
  • Define runner removal and delivered component boundaries.
  • Locate machining contacts and selected surface requirements.
  • Agree per-item quantities and finished inspection records.

Review manufacture for the selected metal

State material condition, sections and quantities before evaluating a casting route and compatible treatment. The different metal families need their own process decisions rather than a shared assumed composition or production plan. Fin-like geometry alone does not establish heat output, electrical suitability or a particular equipment function.

Inspect the individual supplied part

Include PDF or CAD dimensions and IGES or STEP models where available. Mark tolerance units and final measurement conditions at working contacts, with material documentation and any applicable functional tests. General precision and certification references are not independent evidence of every-feature accuracy or current qualification.

Compare OEM or ODM proposals through the same finished-item definition, trimming scope and measurable interfaces, keeping runner material distinct from the component being ordered.

Zenithus specializes in custom precision casting services for OEM and ODM parts, offering high-quality solutions in stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, and other hardened and precious metals. Our advanced casting processes include die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting to meet diverse manufacturing requirements.

With comprehensive heat treatment options like quenching, tempering, solution, and aging, we ensure the durability and performance of every component. Surface treatments such as powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting provide enhanced finishing and protection for your parts.

We carry out rigorous inspection procedures including metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, 100 percent visual and gauge checks, and CMM to guarantee superior quality. Our manufacturing capabilities are certified to ISO9001 2015 and IATF16949 standards with parts made according to ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS specifications.

Zenithus serves a broad range of industries including automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical devices, and robotics. We support flexible design formats in 2D PDF CAD and 3D IGES STEP to accommodate your technical needs and ensure rapid prototyping and production.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
