This S2401 2407R fabrication enquiry illustrates a box with a separate top cover, rows of small perforations and larger openings in its side faces. A cover fixing feature is also visible. Specify the actual cover arrangement and component scope for the ordered enclosure.
Coordinate cover and box openings
Provide the internal and external dimensions, the perforation layout and the size and position of the side openings. Show the mounting interfaces and the required cover access. Identify any lock, fastener or insert required in the supply rather than assuming that all illustrated hardware is included.
Galvanized plate, steel, aluminum and stainless steel sheet are listed materials. The manufacturing information includes sheet fabrication, CNC work and finishing. Define the chosen grade, thickness, color and surface condition for the box and cover.
Acceptance and packing
Send the current drawing and quantity with inspection points for cover fit and opening positions. Confirm the required edge condition and packaging for finished surfaces. Perforations and a cover do not establish an environmental rating or approval for a particular electrical assembly.
