Specify each box component through its circular opening, rectangular cutout and folded edge regions. The two blue examples are shown upright and horizontally, with small fixing holes around their faces. Their shared color does not establish identical dimensions, stainless chemistry, a supplied pair or a verified coating system.
Coordinate the openings with adjoining panels
Provide flat and formed drawings for each required configuration, locating face openings and fixing contacts from assembly datums. Show covers, instruments or other adjoining parts only where they define fit. Identify any inserts, hardware or assembly work included rather than assuming the photographed boxes contain electronics or controls.
Select stainless steel and the fabrication operations
State the actual stainless grade, condition and sheet thickness. Steel, aluminum or galvanized sheet requires a separate material selection where requested. Define cutting, punching, stamping and bending for the controlled geometry, with edge work and joining specified independently where needed by the component design.
- Identify each box configuration and drawing revision.
- Specify actual metal and sheet thickness.
- Dimension face openings, folds and fixing contacts.
- Define forming and the requested sprayed surface system.
- Agree finished-box measurements and application evidence.
Define the sprayed finish and acceptance conditions
Specify actual coating chemistry, color reference, masking and appearance criteria when spraying is requested. Blue appearance alone identifies neither paint nor powder coating. Mark tolerance units and final measurement conditions, with applicable tests for any sealing, electrical, load or environmental requirement.
Include per-item quantities, controlled geometry and material or inspection records. Keep the chosen finish, supplied covers and completed-assembly requirements explicit so a general service label cannot replace the actual order specification.
