The dark example has a broad central face, bent side walls, an end return and raised fixing points. Define the channel length, internal width and mounting contacts from a shared set of reference faces.
Cutting, bending and joining requirements
Specify the sheet alloy and thickness. Identify any welded joints, assembly hardware and inspection requirements separately; the channel photograph alone does not establish its joining method.
For a large-part enquiry, provide the actual overall dimensions and quantities. Include surface finish, cosmetic faces and mating-part drawings. Similar channel examples do not verify a separate standard size or a maximum fabrication capacity.
