A custom chair leg needs to match the furniture frame as well as the intended appearance. This aluminum die casting enquiry provides customer-defined dimensions, with painting, powder coating and oxidation among the surface treatment options. Define the mounting arrangement and finished part outline before agreeing the tooling and finishing scope.
Start with the chair frame connection
Provide the chair-leg drawing with its mounting faces, hole positions and the interfaces to the supporting frame. Identify which dimensions control alignment and which exterior surfaces remain visible after assembly. Aluminum material alone does not establish the leg's load rating, so include the applicable structural acceptance and furniture-use requirements for the actual design.
Plan the cast component and its appearance
The process information covers die casting, deburring and machining-related work. Confirm which features are produced in the casting and which require finishing to the specified dimensions. Select the paint, powder coat or oxidation requirement for the chair leg, and agree an appearance reference for the surfaces visible on the completed furniture.
For an OEM or ODM chair-leg quotation, send the drawing revision, quantity and the required inspection documents. Confirm the exact component reference because the title and parameter model labels need checking for the order. Packaging and contact-surface protection should be matched to the chosen finish rather than assumed from the product photograph.
