Square opening, mounting flange and assembly height
The illustrated assembly has an open square section standing on a flat flange plate. The flange includes mounting openings and edge reliefs. Describe the required clear opening, overall height and flange outline as a coordinated set of dimensions.
What belongs on the drawing?
- The wall and flange thicknesses, selected metal grade and joint details.
- The hole pattern, edge clearances and surfaces used to locate the assembly.
- The required finish and the condition of the inside opening.
