Specify the vent pattern for each cover
The examples show folded covers with round perforations or elongated vents, mounting tabs and fixing holes. Select the cover profile and define its open areas, wall heights and fixing pattern against the surrounding assembly.
Laser cutting, bending and stamping are listed processes, with CAD, DWG, STEP, PDF and IGS drawing formats. For galvanized steel enquiries, specify the steel grade and zinc coating requirement for confirmation. For silkscreen requests, provide artwork and identify the surfaces to be marked; laser marking does not establish silkscreen capability. Agree the material, finish, supplied pieces and quantities before ordering.
Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
