Long slots between formed mounting edges
The dark panel has elongated openings in its center and raised edges with additional fixing holes. Define the panel face, slot locations and edge geometry together, including the clearance needed for the mating fasteners.
Select the sheet material and thickness for the requested stamped or fabricated part. The steel, stainless, aluminum and galvanized-sheet options need their own grade and finish specification; the photograph does not establish one selected metal.
Review the panel after forming and finishing
