Specify the perforated area
Start with the shell envelope, sheet thickness and the area to be perforated. Show the hole diameter, spacing and unperforated borders on the drawing. Define the relationship between the pattern, the folded edges and the mounting positions, particularly where a mating component limits available space.
Surface appearance alone does not define the alloy or finish. State the required material designation and treatment in the enquiry. If airflow, guarding or another performance requirement governs the design, provide the applicable specification for review rather than relying on the photo.

Send the current drawing and quantity, and mark the edges or hole locations requiring specific inspection. Dimensions and component scope are agreed for the custom order.
