Specify the open frame around the rectangular side cutouts, vertical slots and folded perimeter edges. The dark example has several fixing holes and open regions across its sheet-like walls. Those features help identify the component, but do not prove actual alloy, galvanizing or the scope of a completed enclosure.

Coordinate the slots with the adjoining structure

Provide flat and formed geometry with mating-component references. Locate side openings, fixing holes and contact faces from installation datums, marking required clearances around the folded edges. State any inserts, hardware, joined pieces or covers included rather than assuming an open-frame photograph establishes a supplied assembly.

Select the sheet and processing requirements

Aluminum, steel, stainless steel and galvanized steel are separate material directions. Choose actual grade, condition and thickness for the order. A dark finish or a broad application label establishes neither durability nor qualification for a particular installation.

Include component quantities, drawing revisions and required material or inspection documentation. Compare proposals using the same frame geometry, supplied hardware and final acceptance definition.
