Perforated walls around an open center
The example has two raised perforated sides, a connecting base and small turned edges. Define the hole diameter, spacing and clear margins together with the panel dimensions. Show the location of the perforated area relative to mounting points and bends.
For a custom laser-cut, bent or stamped enclosure component, specify the sheet grade and thickness and identify how it attaches to the surrounding assembly. Include any clearance required behind the perforated surfaces and the edge condition needed around accessible openings.
Finish and supply details
Provide STEP, STP or PDF drawings with quantities and the drawing revision. State the required surface-treatment system and cosmetic faces, including any masking. If powder coating is selected, specify the color. Identify whether individual formed panels or an assembled configuration are required.
