Define the corner-like component and the parts included in the supplied assembly. The example has upright twin-wall features and two horizontal channel-like arms, with openings and recessed regions. The image does not establish whether the requested supply is one casting, several joined components or a complete mounting system.

Locate the arms and upright interfaces

Provide the controlled assembly and individual component drawings. Dimension the channels, wall sections and the relationship of the horizontal arms to the upright region. Locate fixing openings and contact faces from the datums used by the mating parts.

Identify which recessed regions or openings are required by the actual design and state their function where it affects acceptance. A corner-like shape does not establish a universal mounting standard, an allowable load or compatibility with a particular profile system.

Choose the actual casting metal

Aluminum and zinc-alloy wording describes material directions for a custom enquiry. Specify the actual grade and condition for the selected component rather than treating every pictured item as a proved common alloy. The general aluminum field does not establish a zinc grade or identify the sample's composition.

Agree the casting, deburring and secondary-machining requirements for that material and geometry. Mark holes, faces or engaging edges that require finished dimensions. Select coating or another material-appropriate treatment and identify masking where finishing affects assembly or fit.

Set the supplied scope and inspection

  • Identify individual parts and the controlled assembly revision.
  • Select actual aluminum or zinc-alloy requirements.
  • Dimension channels, walls and fixing relationships.
  • Define secondary work, finish and supplied condition.
  • State hardware inclusion and acceptance records.

Specify units and tolerances for the interfaces that control the installation. Provide the actual loading or other duty criteria where relevant, without inferring a rating from the example. Confirm quantities and any included fixings. A useful enquiry links the corner geometry to a clear material, component schedule and final inspection scope, so that proposals refer to the same assembly rather than different interpretations of a general product image.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
