Define the raised-neck component for the intended automotive, robotics or medical project. Its hollow central neck stands above a ribbed base with mounting holes and side bosses, making the relationship between the bore and base contacts central to the enquiry.
Set the neck axis from the base datums
Provide the controlled part and adjoining assembly drawings. Dimension the bore, mounting-hole pattern and side contacts from functional references, distinguishing machined fits from clearances and surfaces that may remain as cast.
Coordinate stainless wax casting with machining
State the actual stainless casting grade and material condition, then define stock allowances and sections for the requested process. Include quantities and PDF/CAD or IGES/STEP geometry so the proposed casting and machining plan can be assessed together.
- Identify the raised-neck component and revision.
- Specify actual stainless casting grade and condition.
- Locate bore, ribs and perimeter mounting contacts.
- Define machining stock and compatible finishing.
- Agree dimensional and project qualification records.
Confirm the qualification required by its role
Select final tolerances, measurement conditions and relevant tests for the actual installation. The photograph does not prove wax-casting history, current certification or approval for a complete medical device; any required documentation must relate to this component and its agreed use.

Our OEM custom precision machined steel parts are expertly manufactured using high-quality stainless steel and advanced wax casting technology, ensuring exceptional accuracy and durability. We cater to various industries, including automotive, robotics, and medical devices, providing tailored solutions for complex engineering needs.

We offer a variety of materials such as aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious metals, giving clients the flexibility to select the best option for their specific applications. Our manufacturing processes include die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting, meeting diverse project requirements efficiently.

Each part undergoes strict heat treatment options like quenching, tempering, solution, and aging to enhance mechanical properties. Our surface treatments include powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting for improved aesthetics and performance in challenging environments.

Quality is guaranteed with thorough inspections, including metallographic analysis, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, and 100 percent visual plus gauge checks, as well as CMM inspections. We support OEM and ODM orders, working from 2D or 3D drawings in multiple formats, and adhere to international standards such as ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, and others, with ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications for trusted quality assurance.
