The LZX examples show formed channel parts with keyhole-shaped side openings, an upright end wall and a central mounting feature. This OEM fabrication enquiry should define the exact channel arrangement. Aluminum is listed alongside steel and stainless steel; specify the ordered grade and thickness for the component.
Channel profile and locating openings
Dimension the base, side heights and end wall from the selected references. Show the keyhole profiles and the mounting feature in the base, including any separate insert or companion part required. Provide the mating geometry where it controls the installed position.
Stamping and CNC bending equipment are listed. The title also identifies an anodizing request for aluminum; define the required treatment and which surfaces are affected. Finishing for a different metal needs its own material-compatible proposal.
Order review
Include the current drawing, quantity and dimensional acceptance criteria. Confirm the supplied pieces, any special surface condition around mounting interfaces and packing protection for bent edges. Anodizing requirements should be agreed against the actual aluminum grade and finished component.
