Define the casting and CNC-finishing scope for one selected stainless-steel, copper or aluminum-alloy component. The blank and final machined part need coordinated drawings so material condition, stock allowances and finished contact requirements are clear.

Coordinate casting stock with CNC datums

Specify the actual alloy grade and proposed blank route. Identify surfaces requiring turning, milling, drilling or another operation only where the controlled design needs them. Show machining allowances and functional references, then define tolerances with units for the finished interfaces rather than applying one general precision value to every feature.

Choose finishing for the selected metal

State the required surface condition and any masking or dimensional allowance at fitted contacts. Brushing, anodizing, coating or plating requests must be assessed for the actual substrate and intended environment. A broad treatment menu does not establish that every finish is suitable for all three material families.

  • Select the actual stainless, copper or aluminum grade.
  • Separate cast-stock and finished CNC geometry.
  • Define working datums and feature-specific tolerances.
  • Confirm compatible files and finished surface requirements.
  • Agree sample supply and cast-component inspection records.

Confirm file, sample and inspection scope

STEP, DWG, DXF, IGS and PDF are among the drawing inputs; clarify other file types before the quotation is finalized. Include quantities, revision and material documentation. Specify actual test methods and coverage, with any sample charges, contents or conditions agreed separately; a general free-sample note is not an unconditional delivery commitment.

Current applicable certification requires evidence for the relevant scope. Compare the casting-and-CNC proposal using the same stock definition, final fit and documented sample terms.

Enhance your production capabilities with our OEM Stainless Steel Copper Aluminum Alloy Casting Services, expertly combined with precision CNC machining and a variety of surface finishing options. Our factory specializes in delivering custom-made metal parts manufactured to your exact requirements using a wide selection of materials such as aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, precious metals, stainless steel, and steel alloys.
