Select the non-standard stainless component and its actual automotive or robotics role. The examples include tubular eyes on fixing bases, slotted cylindrical bodies, threaded connectors, a forked support and bored mounting forms. They do not establish a matched kit, a completed mechanism or a verified standard fit.

Identify the contacts controlling installation

Provide the controlled component drawing with adjoining-part references. Locate eye bores, base holes, threads or raised bored regions from functional datums, using the actual design to define each feature. Name supplied hardware and additional assembly work separately so the component scope remains clear.

Specify stainless grade before the casting route

State the actual material standard, casting-grade designation and required condition, together with quantities and sections. Evaluate the proposed casting and secondary machining against that alloy and geometry. Appearance alone does not verify the grade, manufacturing history or a universal numerical accuracy.

  • Identify the tubular-eye, connector or mounting drawing.
  • Specify actual stainless grade and delivery condition.
  • Dimension bores, threads and base fixing contacts.
  • Define casting, machining and compatible surface requirements.
  • Agree fit, service and inspection acceptance.

Accept the component for the defined project

Include PDF or CAD dimensions and IGES or STEP geometry, marking tolerance units and final measurement conditions at working interfaces. State required material records and any application-specific tests. A pressure, electrical or vehicle qualification cannot be inferred from a component shape or general certificate reference.

Compare OEM proposals against the same individual stainless part and the mating requirements of the actual automotive or robotics assembly.

Experience superior quality with our precision stainless steel casting non standard parts, expertly manufactured by our OEM factory in China. We specialize in supplying reliable and customized cast parts for applications in automotive, robotics, energy, medical devices, and more.

Our product range utilizes various advanced materials including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious metals, ensuring strong durability and optimal performance. We employ multiple production processes such as die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting to cater to different industry requirements.

Every component undergoes strict quality control with advanced inspection techniques like metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, 100 percent visual and gauge inspections, as well as CMM measurements. Our products comply with international standards including ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS, and are certified under ISO9001 2015 and IATF16949.

We offer a full range of services from OEM to ODM, supporting your custom drawings in both 2D PDF or CAD and 3D IGES or STEP formats. Various heat treatment and surface finishing options such as powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting are available to meet your exact specifications.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
