Channel brackets with upright mounting tabs
The pictured parts have a shallow channel profile, upright end tabs and round openings with small side notches. Folded edges define the base and side sections. Model DM240309 is listed for custom sheet metal stamping and fabrication in steel or stainless steel, with customer-defined dimensions and color.
Fit the tabs to the assembly
Specify the finished spacing and height of the upright tabs, along with the opening size and its position in each tab. Show the channel width, base length, sheet thickness and end geometry. Include the relevant mating part if it controls the shape of an opening or the clearance between tabs.
The fabrication service includes stamping and CNC bending. Define any fastening details and the required edge condition on the drawing. The dark appearance shown is a reference for the example; the surface treatment and selected color should be agreed for the custom order.
