Rectangular slots on two adjoining faces define the corner cover illustrated here. A vertical fold joins the faces, with fixing holes and larger profile cutouts around them. This DML240901 service covers custom stainless steel sheet metal laser cutting, stamping and fabrication.
Specify both faces of the cover
The drawing should show the finished corner angle, face widths, overall height and sheet thickness. Dimension the slot pattern and the mounting holes on each face. Include any adjoining housing or fitting where it determines access, spacing or the required cutout profile.
Finish and production enquiry
Provide the selected stainless steel grade and required surface condition. Powder coating is offered in black, white and custom colors. If the design has identification artwork or areas requiring masking, show these separately on the drawing.
For electronics component enquiries, STEP, STP and PDF drawings are accepted. The recorded minimum order quantity is 100, with individual packing. Send the current revision and quantity and identify whether the scope is the formed cover alone or includes additional fittings.
