Formed panels with mounting hardware
The illustrated part has folded sides, several raised fixing points, smaller perimeter holes and a rectangular opening. Specify the panel layout and show which features locate it against the mating assembly.
Progressive-stamping project requirements
Provide the selected steel or aluminum grade, sheet thickness, formed geometry and quantities. Identify any hardware to be installed and the dimensions that must be checked after forming. The project drawing should establish the required manufacturing and supply scope.
If yellow dichromate treatment is specified, include the actual treatment and compliance requirements. Powder coating is listed separately as a finish option; specify which system applies to the order. STEP, STP or PDF drawings should include the current revision and any masking or cosmetic-face requirements.
