Identify the required tray panel from its actual enclosure drawing. The dark examples show bent side flanges, elongated slots and grouped shaped cutouts in several configurations. Their grouping does not establish a supplied set, a particular musical function or a completed enclosure with verified performance.
Define each slotted panel within the enclosure
Provide flat and formed geometry, identifying cutouts, bends and contact surfaces from assembly datums. Show adjoining panels or hardware where they control fit. Assign individual references and quantities to different configurations rather than assuming that all examples form one matched installation kit.
- Identify each tray panel and enclosure drawing.
- Specify each tray panel's alloy and required sheet thickness.
- Dimension slots, cutouts, flanges and mating contacts.
- Define cutting, forming, joining and compatible finish.
- Agree component and enclosure acceptance evidence.
Select the fabrication plan for the actual material
Steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel and brass are separate material options. State the chosen grade and required condition with relevant records. Define cutting, bending, stamping and any welding individually where needed. An image or general service list does not establish how every pictured panel was manufactured.
Accept the supplied panels in final condition
Specify the compatible surface system, color and masking requirements. Mark tolerances with units and final measurement conditions at working interfaces. Any sealing, load, electrical or environmental requirement needs actual operating conditions and applicable tests; a box or enclosure name does not prove qualification.
Include CAD, DWG, STEP, PDF or IGS geometry, quantities and requested documentation. Keep the delivered panel scope separate from any complete equipment or separately specified enclosure assembly.
