S2401 2407R custom fabrication enquiries include the illustrated square tubular form attached to a flat mounting flange. Mounting holes and cutouts appear around the base, with connection features visible beside the tube. Provide the component drawing to define the required profile and joining arrangement.
Tube and flange geometry
Specify the internal and external tube dimensions, height and position on the flange. Show the flange outline and mounting-hole pattern. If the order includes welding or additional CNC work, identify the joints and finished features with the required acceptance criteria.
Galvanized plate, steel, aluminum and stainless steel sheet are listed material capabilities. State the grade and thickness for each part of the assembly and the required surface treatment. The sample's appearance does not establish the alloy or the joint's mechanical performance.
Manufacturing and inspection brief
Send the 2D/3D files, revision and quantity. Define inspection for alignment, opening dimensions and mounting interfaces. Include any joint-inspection or application-specific requirements in the proposal, together with the finished-surface and packaging condition for the supplied assembly.
