Mounting lugs around a hollow flanged body
The example has a large central opening, projecting lugs with holes and a broader flange behind them. Define the bore axis and both mounting faces, including the relationship between the lug holes and the rear fixing pattern.
Choose a material and casting route for the component
The title lists several metals, while the retained material field says steel or iron. Specify the actual alloy and route. An ADC12 aluminum or zinc/Zamak die-casting request is a different material specification from a steel or iron casting.
Mark the bores, faces and holes requiring CNC machining. Include quantities, finish and inspection records for the mating interfaces. The assortment of metal names does not establish the composition or process of the photographed part.
