The illustrated sheet metal angle brackets have two legs joined at a bend, with a mounting hole in each leg. Several example sizes are shown. This custom fabrication enquiry requires the actual bracket drawing; the image alone does not define a standard angle size, thickness or load capacity.
Leg dimensions and hole positions
Show the leg lengths, bracket width and the required bend geometry. Locate the holes from the references used in the assembly and provide the mating-fastener details where relevant. State the stainless steel grade and sheet thickness for the ordered bracket.
Powder coating is listed with black, white and custom colors. Specify the desired finish and any surfaces needing an uncoated or controlled condition. Acceptance dimensions should reflect the agreed finished component, including the hole and bend locations.
Quotation requirements
Provide a PDF drawing and STEP/STP model where available, with quantities per bracket design. The listed minimum is 100 pieces. Confirm the inspection criteria and individual packing; structural or installation-specific requirements need separate design evidence.
