TechnologyStamping+drilling+assembly
The S2407R example is a bracket assembly with formed mounting faces and a projecting cylindrical pin. Several connection features are visible in the plate areas. Define the complete ordered assembly in the drawing, including which pieces are fabricated sheet metal and which are supplied as separate components.
Bracket and pin geometry
Specify the plate outline, offsets and mounting interfaces. Provide the pin diameter, projection and position relative to the locating faces. Identify the required connections between pieces and any functional clearances in the surrounding assembly.
Steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel 316 and brass are listed material options; galvanized plate requirements named in the title need their exact specification. Laser cutting, bending, stamping, drilling and assembly are listed operations to review for the design.
Finished assembly
Send drawing revisions and quantities with the material and surface requirements for each piece. Agree inspection of alignment and mating interfaces, plus any joint requirements. Define packaging protection for the projecting pin and finished mounting faces before approving supply.
