Model S2410 covers custom sheet metal fabrication, including bending, stamping, drilling and assembly.
Specify the frame interfaces
Define the base footprint, side spacing and rail positions. Locate slots, holes and the base cutout from the finished assembly references. Include the mating equipment where it controls clearance or the attachment layout. For welded fabrication, show the joint locations and any required finishing of those areas.
Metal and plating requirements
Material capabilities include steel, aluminum, copper, brass and stainless steel 316. Select the exact metal for the order and define the zinc plating requirement, including any relevant acceptance criteria. Other finishing options include painting, powder coating and polishing, specified as required for the design.
Provide a dimensioned 2D or 3D drawing in CAD, DWG, STEP, PDF or IGS format, along with quantity and revision. Certification or inspection documents required by the project should be identified for confirmation.
