Circular openwork casting with raised details
The main example has a circular rim, an openwork radial pattern and a square central opening. Raised details appear around both the outer rim and center. Specify the profile, local section thicknesses and the geometry of these details on the drawing.
DM2027 lists aluminum, customer-required dimensions and casting followed by deburring and machining. For quotation, provide the alloy, overall diameter, central opening requirements and quantities. Select paint, powder coating or oxidation as required and identify appearance criteria and any surfaces needing machining. The photograph supplies a shape reference, without establishing dimensions.
