This selection of CNC-machined components includes a barrel section with a countersunk mounting leaf, an angled bracket and a cylindrical threaded bush. Each component can be specified separately for a machinery assembly; identify the required item and its finished drawing when requesting a quotation.
Coordinate turned and milled interfaces
For barrel or bush components, define the bore, outside diameter, thread and axial references. For brackets, locate fixing holes and countersinks from the mounting faces. Include the adjoining part where it determines fit, alignment or tool access.
S2211 covers 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machining and gantry machining options. Aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper and zinc are listed material choices; select one for each ordered part. Anodizing, powder coating, polishing, grinding and painting can be reviewed against the chosen material. Specify the color and inspection requirements for the finished surfaces.
