Choose the metal and the finished geometry before defining the CNC milling order. Dmetal-200307 supports custom part enquiries with aluminum, brass and stainless steel requirements, while the component material information identifies aluminum alloy. PDF, CAD, IGES and STEP drawings provide a practical basis for confirming the selected grade and machining scope.
Separate the material choice from the service range
Aluminum, brass and stainless steel should be specified as alternatives for the ordered component, not combined into a single material claim. Identify the required alloy or grade and any applicable material documents. The wider machining service range does not prove that every process or metal combination is suitable for the particular Dmetal-200307 drawing.
Define the milled faces and secondary operations
Mark the faces, holes and interfaces that establish the component's fit. Discuss turning, drilling or other operations only where the part geometry calls for them, and identify the surfaces requiring a smooth, anodized, oxide or powder coated finish. Supply numerical acceptance criteria with units; the original ±0.1 entry does not define a universal machining tolerance.
For the Dmetal-200307 quotation, include the current drawing revision, requested quantity and inspection dimensions. Confirm the applicable order quantity rather than treating the historic 100-piece entry as a current offer. Material selection, feature requirements and the finishing sequence should be agreed together before production planning.
