The CNC machining service covers aluminum, stainless steel and other stated material capabilities, with wire EDM, drilling, broaching, milling and turning among the available processes. OEM and ODM enquiries accept STEP, DWG, DXF, IGS and PDF drawings.

Match the machining route to the component geometry

For a stainless steel or aluminum component, mark the holes, profiles and interfaces that define its function. Identify where wire EDM or broaching is required instead of assuming every part needs the full process list. Provide the selected material grade and the completed component geometry so the proposed machining route can be assessed for that particular design.

Specify tolerances with an acceptance method

A ±0.01mm tolerance is stated, but its applicability should be agreed for the relevant features and manufacturing conditions. Mark critical dimensions, datum references and any inspection requirements on the drawing. CMM and other inspection methods are identified capabilities; confirm the appropriate method and reporting scope for your aluminum or stainless steel CNC part.

Complete the finishing and documentation enquiry

Brushing, anodizing, powder coating, zinc plating and chrome plating are stated surface treatment options, with suitability dependent on the selected metal and part requirements. Include any heat treatment and final surface condition in the enquiry. For certification-sensitive applications, request current documents and their applicable scope; the component's industry label alone does not establish approval for a particular medical, automotive or other regulated use.

Experience high-precision manufacturing with our Custom CNC Machining Parts, crafted from premium aluminum, stainless steel, and other durable materials. Our OEM factory utilizes advanced Wire EDM, drilling, broaching, milling, turning, and rapid prototyping processes to deliver exceptional quality for a wide range of industrial applications.

We offer comprehensive surface treatments such as brushing, anodizing, powder coating, zinc plating, and chrome plating to ensure optimal durability and aesthetic appeal. Each part is rigorously inspected through metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, and 100 percent visual and gauge checks, meeting tight tolerance requirements of plus minus 0.01mm.

Our micro machining capabilities serve industries including automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical devices, and robotics. Supported by cutting-edge CAD, CAM, CAE, Pro-E, UG, SolidWorks, Moldflow, CATIA design software, we accept a variety of drawing formats like STEP, DWG, DXF, IGS, STL, SKP, AI, and PDF.

As an ISO9001 and IATF16949 certified manufacturer, we provide free samples for new customers and both OEM and ODM services tailored to your specific needs. Contact us to get precision components manufactured to your exact specifications.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
