Material, setup and finish review
Model Dmetal-200389 names aluminum alloy, with stainless steel, copper and brass among the machining capabilities. Specify the actual grade, quantities and turning or milling requirements in PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP drawings. Identify any five-axis setup requirement separately for assessment. For aluminum anodizing enquiries, define the required finish and protected surfaces; treatments for other metals need their own specifications. Include the dimensional acceptance criteria after finishing.
Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
