Threaded and stepped components from an individual drawing
The range includes hollow threaded sleeves, flanged parts, hexagonal sections and stepped components with internal threads or bores. Select the piece required and dimension the thread, bore and seating faces together.
Model Dmetal-200444 lists CNC turning, milling and drilling, with aluminum alloy named as the material and brass and stainless steel among the machining capabilities. Specify the actual material and grade for each enquiry. PDF, CAD, IGES and STEP drawing formats are listed. Include quantities, inspection dimensions and a finish appropriate to that metal; the photograph does not identify the alloy of every example.
