Specify the small CNC component through the shape and interfaces required by the assembly. The example is a forked, clevis-like part with a cylindrical lower stem and separated upper arms. Visible openings help identify the enquiry, but do not establish an included pin, linkage function or allowable load.

Dimension the stem and fork from common references

Provide the stem diameter, length and the geometry of the upper arms. Locate the openings and the space between the arms from the drawing datums. Include the mating part where it controls clearance, alignment or engagement. A photograph cannot supply an exact bore fit or define the assembly's accepted movement.

Identify threads, finished ends or other interfaces required by the design. Distinguish turned surfaces from milled or drilled features and mark their positional relationships. The CNC service menu does not establish one mandatory operation sequence for every small component.

Select the metal and final supplied condition

  • Identify the component and controlled drawing revision.
  • Choose the actual aluminum, steel or stainless-steel grade.
  • Locate the stem, arm gap and mating openings.
  • Mark machining, finish and fit-protection requirements.
  • Define inspection and any included assembly parts.

The title's material choices and the aluminum-alloy table entry should be resolved into one actual order specification. Match the finish to that metal rather than applying an aluminum treatment menu to every material. Identify dimensions accepted after finishing and surfaces that need masking or protection.

Make precision and duty measurable

The ±0.1 reference needs units and affected dimensions; it is not a complete tolerance plan for every stem, arm and opening. Provide the intended installation and any load or other duty requirements that affect acceptance, without inferring a rating from the forked shape. Use the listed 2D or 3D drawing formats to communicate the required component, inspection records and supplied scope. Confirm current quantities so that proposals address one coherent small-part specification.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
