Material and finish selection for the block
Aluminum, steel and brass are named materials for model Dmetal, and stainless steel is included among the machining capabilities. Specify the actual grade, quantities and CNC turning or milling requirements in PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP drawings. For aluminum anodizing enquiries, define the finish and any protected surfaces; finishing for other metals needs its own specification. Include the bore fits and inspection datums that control assembly alignment.
