Rounded end with a defined fixing hole
This aluminum machining example has a thick flat body, a rounded end and a circular opening near that end. The outer contour and hole position should be dimensioned together so the mounting relationship can be checked from the finished part.

- Overall length, width and thickness, including the end radius.
- Hole diameter and its position from the fitted reference faces.
- Required edge condition and dimensions to inspect after finishing.
Model 2012 lists aluminum alloy with custom sizes and anodized, oxide or powder-coated finishes. PDF, CAD, IGES and STEP formats are listed, with a minimum quantity of 100 pieces. Send the chosen alloy, quantity and drawing revision; for a set order, identify each drawing separately.
