Identify the actual iron, steel, ductile or gray iron, or zinc-alloy component before selecting a casting route. Lost foam is a requested process reference for review, rather than evidence that every metal in the range follows that method.
Separate the metal choices by component
Provide a grade, material standard and required condition for each drawing. Distinguish iron-family requirements from zinc-alloy or steel requests, with quantities and service context attached to the selected design. A group of metal names does not verify sample chemistry or establish equivalent material behavior.
- Identify each iron-family, steel or zinc-alloy casting.
- Specify actual grade, condition and section requirements.
- Assess lost foam or another proposed route individually.
- Mark machining allowances and final mating contacts.
- Agree material documentation and finished-part inspection.
Check the proposed lost-foam production scope
Supply controlled geometry and any sections affecting manufacture or assembly. Evaluate casting and secondary work against that actual alloy rather than assuming every method is available for every metal. Define compatible heat treatment and finishing requirements, together with the condition in which dimensions must be inspected.
Define the component's delivery evidence
PDF or CAD drawings and IGES or STEP models can communicate the requested part. Specify tolerance units, inspection methods, coverage and required reports at working interfaces. Any ISO or application-specific documentation needs current evidence for the relevant scope; a general certificate entry is not independent verification.
Keep the OEM enquiry centered on one material-defined casting and a feasible route, so comparisons use the same machining boundaries and finished acceptance requirements.

Zenithus-Casting offers high-quality custom iron, steel, ductile iron, gray iron, and zinc alloy castings, produced by advanced lost foam casting and various other methods to meet your unique industrial needs. Our capabilities include die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and more, ensuring versatility and precision for every project.

With OEM and ODM services available, we cater to a wide range of applications including automotive, motorcycles, energy solutions, medical devices, and robotics. Our skilled team works with materials such as aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, and hardened metals, following strict international standards like ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS.

Each component undergoes thorough inspections, including metallographic analysis, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, 100 percent visual and gauge checks, as well as CMM inspection. We also provide professional heat treatments such as quenching, tempering, solution, and aging, alongside surface treatments like powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting.

Your designs can be submitted in 2D or 3D formats including PDF, CAD, IGES, and STEP. All products are manufactured according to ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications, assuring you of consistent quality, durability, and reliable service from a trusted China-based B2B manufacturer.
