Profiled arm with bored attachment points
The pictured arm has a curved outline, a recessed face and circular openings at its attachment areas. Its manufacturing drawing should define the outer profile and the relationship between these openings, including any steps or fitted surfaces.
Specify thickness, bore diameters, center distances and pocket depth. For an enquiry involving laser cutting as well as CNC turning or milling, distinguish the required blank profile from the features that need subsequent machining.
Finished aluminum supply
Model 2012 lists aluminum alloy, custom sizes and anodized, oxide or powder-coated finishes. Include the color reference and masking requirements around fitted openings. PDF, CAD, IGES and STEP formats are listed, with a 100-piece minimum quantity. Provide the drawing revision, order quantities and inspection requirements for quotation.
