Perforated trays with folded edges
The illustrated tray has a repeated round-hole pattern across its broad face, narrow folded sides and fixing holes in the edges. Model DML240901 covers custom aluminum and steel sheet metal laser cutting, punching, bending and stamping for electronics components.
Provide the tray envelope, sheet thickness and finished flange heights. Define hole diameter, spacing and the solid border around the perforated area. Edge holes should be located from the same references used to position the tray in its assembly.
Drawing and finishing requirements
STEP, STP and PDF drawings are accepted. Specify the chosen material grade and the required surface treatment. Powder coating can be included in black, white or a custom color; identify any masking requirements around contact faces or holes.
The listed minimum order quantity is 100, with individual packing. Send the drawing revision and quantity together with mating-part information where it controls fit. State any airflow, guarding or other performance requirement separately for review against the requested design.
