The examples have cylindrical lower sections, rounded upper faces with transverse holes and parallel grooves across the visible faces. Define the bore axis, base diameter and face geometry in the finished-part drawing.
Model Dmetal-200444 lists aluminum alloy CNC turning, milling and drilling, with rapid prototyping among the services. Supply the alloy, quantities and drawing revision in PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP format. Specify the groove dimensions and any fit surfaces that need inspection. Agree the finish and prototype acceptance requirements before production; the pictured outlines do not establish a rated joint load or a standard connection size.
