Define the circular component through its radial ribs, central bore, outer rim and fixing bosses. The single example provides geometry references, without establishing diameter, actual brass, stainless or aluminum composition, or thermal and rotating performance.

Locate the center bore from the fixing pattern

Provide a controlled drawing with rib and rim sections, mounting-hole locations and functional datums. Identify any surfaces needing machining and the relationship between the bore and adjoining assembly contacts.

  • Reference the radial-rib component and revision.
  • Specify actual alloy standard and condition.
  • Dimension bore, ribs, rim and fixing bosses.
  • Review gravity die or lost-wax requirements.
  • Agree finished fit and actual-duty inspection.

Select the production route for the chosen metal

Include quantities, section transitions and machining allowances. Gravity die casting and lost wax require their own feasibility decisions, with compatible finishing selected for the actual grade and supplied condition.

Define performance through the project specification

Customer size, color and final tolerances need measurement conditions and relevant records. Radial ribs alone do not prove heat rejection, speed or load capacity; any required application and current supplier qualification must be supported independently.

Our Custom Precision Casting Services offer high-quality manufacturing solutions for a range of metals, including aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, iron, carbon steel, and zinc alloy. With advanced gravity die casting and lost wax processes, we ensure precise and reliable production to meet your specific requirements.

We support both OEM and ODM projects, providing flexible customization options for materials, colors, sizes, and surface treatments such as powder coating, anodizing, electroplating, and oxidation. Our team works closely with clients to deliver tailor-made products that align with your exact specifications.

All our castings comply with international certifications like ISO 9001 2015, CE, and RoHS, ensuring consistent quality and safety standards. Each product undergoes 100 percent qualification and rigorous quality control through every step of the process.

For safe transportation, we utilize durable packaging with bubble wrap, carton boxes, and wooden cases. Partner with us for dependable casting solutions and benefit from our expertise in precision manufacturing and strict quality management.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
