Select the actual cast-and-machined component before choosing stainless steel, ductile iron or gray iron. The examples include flanged and branching hollow bodies, slotted cylindrical forms, a vaned wheel-like piece and a tapered open frame. Their appearance does not establish one shared alloy, route or assembled mechanism.
Define hollow sections and secondary contacts
Provide the controlled part drawing with bores, passages, mounting regions and wall transitions where required. Identify cast surfaces and the contacts needing CNC machining, with allowances and datums linked to the actual assembly. A hollow or vaned shape does not establish fluid pressure, wheel speed or balancing acceptance.
- Identify each hollow, slotted or vaned component drawing.
- Choose actual stainless or iron grade and condition.
- Define cast sections and CNC machining allowances.
- Locate final bores, faces and mounting contacts.
- Agree component-specific duty and inspection records.
Review the blank route for the selected metal
Include quantities and material requirements when comparing casting proposals. Evaluate treatment and finishing for the actual grade, rather than applying every method to all three material families. The word precision needs measurable dimensional criteria for the finished interfaces, not a universal accuracy assumption.
Accept the finished casting and machining scope
Supply PDF or CAD dimensions and IGES or STEP models where available. Mark tolerance units, final measurement conditions and required material documentation, alongside applicable functional tests. Certification or equipment capability requires relevant current evidence for the actual supply scope.
Compare foundry and CNC proposals against one material-defined component with the same cast sections and controlled working contacts.

Discover high-quality custom precision castings crafted from stainless steel ductile iron and gray iron, engineered to meet the demands of diverse industrial applications. Our expert foundry offers a complete OEM service, producing CNC machining parts tailored precisely to your specifications.

We utilize a wide range of superior materials including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious metals to ensure optimal durability and performance. Multiple advanced casting processes are available such as die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting, providing flexibility for your unique project requirements.

Each component can be enhanced with professional heat treatments like quenching and tempering, as well as solution and aging processes. Our surface treatment solutions include powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting to elevate both functionality and aesthetics. Every part undergoes rigorous inspection methods such as metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, full visual checks, precise gauge measurements, and CMM inspections to guarantee exceptional quality.

Our manufacturing is certified with ISO9001 2015 and IATF16949 standards. We offer complete support for both 2D and 3D drawing formats including PDF, CAD, IGES, and STEP files. The finished parts are widely used in automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical device, and robotics industries, making us your one-stop solution for all custom casting and CNC machining needs.
