Choose the individual flange, cup, plate or frame component for the automotive or robotics project. The examples include a radially ribbed round flange, mounting neck, three-hole plate, tabbed cup and gold-colored pin-bearing frames. They do not establish one supplied assembly or a common stainless or zinc composition.
Reference the selected form to the assembly
Provide the controlled drawing with bores, fixing positions, tabs and working faces where they apply to that component. Locate mating contacts from functional datums and identify separately supplied hardware. The gold appearance does not establish material chemistry or an electrical function, while an application name does not verify robot or vehicle fit.
Assess casting for the actual material
Specify stainless or zinc-alloy grade, condition, sections and quantities before reviewing die casting or another proposed route. The selected alloy and geometry determine feasibility; a broad process range is not evidence that every metal can follow every method. Mark secondary machining stock at the finished contacts.
- Identify the flange, cup, plate or frame drawing.
- Specify actual stainless or zinc-alloy grade.
- Locate mounting bores, tabs and mating faces.
- Review casting feasibility and machining requirements.
- Agree final contacts and application inspection records.
Accept the component after compatible finishing
Include PDF or CAD dimensions and IGES or STEP geometry, with tolerance units and final measurement conditions. Select treatments for the actual substrate and duty, then define inspection coverage and required material documentation. Current applicable certification needs scope-specific evidence.
Compare the OEM proposals against the same selected component, actual alloy and controlled automotive or robotics interface requirements.

Zenithus offers custom precision die casting services using high-quality materials such as stainless steel and zinc alloy, specially designed for applications in the automotive and robotics industries. Our advanced manufacturing process includes die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting, ensuring parts with superior accuracy and durability.

We handle a wide range of metals including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious metals, catering to diverse industry needs. Each product can be tailored to your specific requirements with OEM and ODM options available.

Our comprehensive finishing services include powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting to deliver exceptional surface quality. All products undergo rigorous inspection methods such as metallographic analysis, non-destructive testing (MT, UT, RT), 100 percent visual inspection, and CMM measurement to guarantee top quality.

Zenithus is certified to ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 standards, and our processes comply with ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, and NF specifications. Drawings are accepted in both 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP formats for seamless project communication.
