Define the housing interfaces before selecting the casting grade
The retained images show a box-shaped housing on a circular flange, a ribbed round cover and an angled flanged body. For an electronics project, specify the required housing and the mating openings, fixing holes and contact faces on its drawing.
Material specification for a stainless steel enquiry
If the project calls for 304, 316 or 17-4 PH stainless steel, identify the applicable cast alloy specification and required heat-treatment condition. A wrought grade name alone is not a complete casting specification, and the examples do not verify the composition of a photographed part.
Send a 2D drawing or 3D model with quantities and revision. Mark the surfaces requiring machining, finish and inspection, including the flatness or fit requirements at the flange and cover interfaces. List aluminum components separately if the assembly uses more than one material.
