Slotted panels with folded side walls
The illustrated panel has a series of long slots, round and rectangular openings and upright folded sides. Small fixing features appear around the profile. Define openings in the finished panel
Dimension the slot pattern and the larger openings from the panel references. Show wall heights, fold positions and mounting-hole locations. Where an opening accepts a component or fitting, include its interface dimensions and required clearance.
Provide the stainless steel grade and sheet thickness with the drawing. Powder coating can be specified in black, white or a custom color, with any mating or contact surfaces identified for separate treatment. Artwork and identification marks should be defined for the actual order.
Accepted drawing formats are STEP, STP and PDF. The minimum order quantity is listed as 100 and individual packing is available. Include the current revision, quantity and scope of supply, particularly where separate fasteners or assembly work are required.
