Curved slots around the center of a round plate
The illustrated plate has curved openings, small fixing holes and a cut-out center detail. Define these features from the plate center, with the required outer diameter, thickness and edge condition.
A spring function needs its own specification
The original title mentions a spring, but the photograph does not establish spring behavior or a working deflection. If the part must flex, specify the alloy, condition and required force or deflection criteria for review.
