A flange separates the sleeve interfaces
The examples show short cylindrical forms with flanges, open centers and threaded or textured outside areas. Define the bore and shoulder references, then dimension the flange and any threads or texture required on the outer surface.
For a brass machining enquiry, state the brass grade and finished-part drawing. Identify turned diameters, milled features and the surface treatment required for the actual component.
Fit and inspection
Include mating-part dimensions, quantities and revision. Mark critical bore, flange and thread interfaces for inspection, with any finish allowances and material records required by the project.
