The LZX examples show shaped sheet metal mounting panels with a profiled central opening, smaller hole patterns and formed edges. One view includes a separate-looking surface area around the openings. Define the actual part construction and finished configuration in the drawing package.
Coordinate the mounting pattern
Provide the panel outline and dimensions of the central opening. Locate each mounting hole from common references and show the profile of any bent edge. Identify any separate plate, reinforcement or surface-treatment boundary included in the ordered design.
Steel, stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized steel are listed materials. Select the grade and sheet thickness, with stamping and CNC bending requirements assigned to the component geometry. Specify the required appearance and functional surface condition for each area.
Supply and acceptance
Send the drawing revision, quantity and mating-part information. Agree inspection of the opening profile, mounting pattern and formed dimensions. Confirm whether additional pieces or hardware are included and define protection for the finished mounting surfaces.
